Thank you for your letter of February 5, 1976, informing us of steps you
have taken to correct the items of noncompliance concerning activities
under NRC Construction Permit No. CPPR-51 which were brought to your
attention in our letter of January 14, 1976.
Based on the information contained in your letter we conclude that
failure of the auxiliary building ventilation duct was not reportable
in accordance with 10 CFR 50.55(e) and a deficiency did not occur.
We have examined your corrective a'ctions regardi g other items of
noncompliance identified in our January 14, 1976, letter and have
no further questions.
