The Connission continued discussion of portions of the Action Plan.

The Commission requested:

1.

that the Action Plan Steering Group study the development of a system for getting feedback and ideas on the proposed technical, procedural and hardware changes needed to implement the Action Plan tasks, from reactor operators and others who will be involved in the implementation of these changes; (NRR) (SECY Suspense:1/16/80) 2.

that the subset of actions that would be required to be taken before licensing could be resumed be defined, and that these actions be included in a document for Commission consideration; (NRR) (SECY Suspense:

1/6/80) 3.

that a Commission meeting on this subject be scheduled the Week of January 7; (SECY) 4 that priority ranking Category V be eliminated.
