HURSDAY, DECEMBER 20, 1979, COMMISSIONERS' CONFERENCE ROOM, D. C. OFFICE (OPEN TO PUBLIC ATTENDANCE)
The Comission* was briefed on the Final Report of the Advisory Comittee on Construction During Adjudication and on the separate views of some Comittee members.
The Comission requested:
1.
that OGC prepare a notice of proposed rulemaking on this subject incorporating the three options presented in the report, as well as the option of not changing the imediate effectiveness rule.
The notice should encourage comentors to refer to any earlier submissions they may have made to the Comittee and to refrain from resutnitting coments.
