Enclosed is a copy of the subject investigation report for your comment
and review. The investigation was conducted in response to allegaticns
,
concerning (1) QA activiites, (2) instrumentation installation and,

(3) procurement practices.
The investigators have concluded that
there was no evidence to substantiate allegations (1) and (3).
Allegation (2) was partially substantiated and is the subject of an
infraction.
We recommend regional enforcement correspondence be transmitted to
the licensee for corrective action.

the investigation report will be processed.
