Continued plant shutdown for third refueling outage 4-1 to 4-30 Performed routine surveillances and preventive maintenance items associated with the 1980 refueling l'AJOR ITE*T OF SAFETY-RELATED !!ATUTENANCE 1.

Repaired oil leak on rntor operator for main steam line drain (HV 35069 and IIV 35070).

2.

Repaired main feed control valve on "A" and "B" OTSC.

3.

Installed new M.U. punp L.O.

cooler header outlet isolation valve.

4.

Repaired boric acid addition pump.

5.

Replaced corroded bolting material on "A" and "B" core flood tank outlet check valve.

6.

Replaced corroded bolting material on nitrogen isolation to "B" OTSG.

7.

Replaced missing notor to pur, coupling on "A" diesel generator (LER 80-24).

8.

Inspected Ibin Stean Line "A" af ter water hamner and found no damage.

PERSONNEL CllANGES REQUIRING REPORTING No personnel changes that require reporting in accordance with Technical Specifications Figure 6.9-2 were made in April 1980.

Modification added that provides ability to circulate water in the pressurizer relief tank.

Changes made to Rancho Seco Emergency Plan and Iaplementing Procedures (AP.500) resulting from MRC imposed TMI modification.

Modified internal vent valve jack screw lockin3 devic 6.

Spent fuel pool cask loading pit modified to accomplish sipping of as many as two spent fuel assemblies.

10.

Installed and connected circuits to new station service XFMR X43B2, disconnected cablea and bus duct connected to X43B.
