We have received a copy of your application dated December 5,1979, which you filed with the Office of Nuclear Reactor Regulation (0NRR) for review and approval. The application proposed a change in the Technical Specifica-tions relating to containment purging of Beaver Valley Power Station Unit 1 which was approved on February 29, 1980, by the ONRR staff as Amendment 26 to License No. DPR-66. Your request was accompanied by a Class II amendment fee of $1,200 because you determined that the requested change was administra-tive in nature.
Based on information provided by the ONRR staff as a result of their final review, it has been determined that your application involved consideration of a single safety issue requiring a Class III fee of $4,000.
It is requested that your Company promptly forward an additional sum of $2,800 to this office.
