DEFICIENCY - RADIOGRAPHIC EXAMINATION OF HARTSVILLE DRYWELL VENT STRUCTURE AND PHIPPS BEND RPV PEDESTAL - WELD BUILDUP MADE AND EVALUATED IMPROPERLY (NCR S-7 AND S-13)
Initial notification of the subject deficiencies was made to R. W. Wright of your staff on January 15, 1980. The final report was submitted by letter from me to you dated February 15, 1980. As requested by Mr. Wright on March 25, 1980, enclosed is a revision to the corrective actions identified in the February 15, 1980, report. This revision to the final report is filed to correct an inconsistency between the corrective action stated in the report and the corrective action approved by the Technical Enginaer to correct defects in the drywell vent structure at the Hartsville l
Nuclear Plant. All other items in the final report are unchanged.
