These we're issued as a result of an investigation conducted by the NRC in response to allegations of non- compliance with Detroit Liison's Quality Assurance (QA) Program by ABC News personnel. This investigation resulted in the identification of one item of noncompliance. In addition, two unresolved items were identified as to which more information is required in order to ascertain whether they are acceptable items, items of noncompliance or deviations.
