TENDERING 0F APPLICATION FOR LICENSE - WOLF CREEK GENERATING STATION On February 21, 1980, we received your tendered application for an operating license for the Wolf Creek Generating Station. The tendered application, which incorporates the SNUPPS FSAR for the standard portion of the plant, also included the following documents:

Environmental Report - Operating License Stage By a separate letter, dated February 8, 1980, we also received the Security Plan for your plant.
As a result of the impact of the accident at the Three Mile Island facility, resources within the Office of Nuclear Reactor Regulation, which would normally be available for the review of your application, have been assigned to several H gh priority tasks. Therefore, we are not able to perform an acceptance eview of your application at this time. After we have determined when the
' acceptance review can be performed, we will inform you of the date.
A copy of your application will be placed in the NRC Public Document Room, 1717 H Street, N. W., Washington, D. C. and at the Office of the County Clerk, Coffey County Courthouse, Burlington, Kansas. A copy of your application, and i
