ORDER EXTENDING CONSTRUCTION COMPLETION DATE (BEAVER VALLEY POWER STATION, UNIT N0. 2)
In response to your request of May 9,1979, the Nuclear Regulatory Commission has issued an Order extending the construction completion date for Beaver Valley Power Station, Unit No. 2.
In lieu of the latest completion date of February 1,1980, as specified in Construction Permit No. CPPR-105, the latest completion date has been extended to December 31, 1984.
A copy of the Order, the staff safety evaluation, negative declaration, and environmental impact appraisal are enclosed for your information. The Order and the negative declaration have been transmitted to the Office of the Federal Register for publication.
