NOTIFICATION OF AVAILABILITY OF FSEIS In accordance with its responsibility to provide notification of significant developments related to an NRC adjudicatory proceeding, the NRC Staff hereby provides notice that it has made publicly available the Final Supplemental Environmental Impact Statement (FSEIS) related to subsequent license renewal of Turkey Point Units 3 and 4. Generic Environmental Impact Statement for License Renewal of Nuclear Plants, Supplement 5, Second Renewal, Regarding Subsequent License Renewal of Turkey Point Nuclear Generating Unit Nos. 3 and 4, NUREG-1437, Supp. 5, Second Renewal was made available on October 25, 2019, and is available in the NRCs Agencywide Documents Access and Management System (ADAMS) at Accession No. ML19290H346.

A copy of a letter from Eric R. Oesterle (NRC) to Mano Nazar (Florida Power & Light Company), dated October 25, 2019, providing notice of the availability of the FSEIS, is available at ADAMS Accession No. ML19295E426. The NRC Staff will publish a Notice of Availability of the FSEIS in the Federal Register in the near future. A separate Notice of Availability of the FSEIS will be placed in the Federal Register through the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency.
