These findings will be formally identified in IE Inspection Report No.
50-498/79-19; 50-499/79-19 to be issued in the near future. At that time,
we will request a formal response in accordance with Section 2.201 of the
NRC's " Rules of Practice," Part 2, Title 10, Code of Federal Regulations.
