This refers to your letter of December 26, 1979, regarding Combined Inspec-tions 50-317/79-13 and 50-318/79-10; by which we were notified that our response to item A of the inspection report was incomplete.

In order to prevent the recurrence of the situation which resulted in the deficiency noted by item A, the plant Radiation Safety and Chemistry Engineer has been assigned the specific responsibility to annually review the 10 CFR 19 posting and to otherwise update the posting as dictated by changes or additions to the subject material.

We trust the above actions will satisfy your concerns; should you have further questions regarding this matter, we would be pleased to discuss them with you.
