In this recponse a report of the inspection of normally acccssible scfety related piping was included.

Attached is a report of the inspection of normally inaccessible safety related piping required by Item 3 of I.E.

Bulletin 79-14, Rev. 1:

nonconformanccs were identified and each was evaluated to determine the ef fect on system design recuirements.

In most cases tne nonconformances did not affect system design requirements, however nonconformances were identified that af fccted the operability of the Lmergency Condenser System, the Liquid Poison System, and the Cleanup Demineralizer System.

Pursucnt to our Technical Specifications, Reportable Occurrence Report numbers 50-219/80/8-1P and 50-219/SO/10-lP were suMitted to tne Of fice of Inspection and Enforcement.

Tne above mentioned items and all nonconformances requiring repair or modifications will be corrected by the end of tne 1980 refueling outage.

All items inspected will, at tnat time, meet the design requirements used as input to the seismic analysis of safety related systems at Qster Creek.
