Enclosed are three (3) originals and forty (40) copies of Technical Specification Change Request No.
60, requesting an amendment to Appendix A of Operating License No. DPR-72.
As part of this request, proposed replacement pages for Appendix A are enclosed.
This Change Request implements the Improved Post-Accident Contai nment Atmosphere Sampling Capability, as required by Item 2.1.8.a of NUREG-0578, Short-Term Lessons Learned Recommendations.
Florida Power Corporation considers Change Request No. 60 to be a Class III Amendment per 10 CFR 170.22 as it involves a single safety issue.
