Appendix A NOTICE OF VIOLATION Wisconsin Electric Power Docket No. 50-266 Company Docket No. 50-301 Based on the inspection conducted on November 26-30, 1979, it appears that certain of your activities were in noncompliance with NRC requirements, as noted below. This item is an infraction.
According to Technical Specification 15.4.10.1, the licensee is required as part of the Radiological Environmental Monitoring Program to analyze shore-line silt sample No. 5 for gross beta activity and gamma scanned semiannually.
Contrary to the above, the licensee failed to conduct the required analyses of shoreline silt sample No. 5 for the second half of 1978.
