The' Commission has issued the enclosed Amendment No. 66 to Provisional Operating License No. DPR-21 for the Millstone Nuclear Power Station Unit No. 1.
The amendment is in response to your application dated April 9,1979, as supplemented September 24, 1979.
This amendment revises the Technical Specifications to allow changes relating to the setpoint adjust:ront for the Average Power Range Monitors and the Maximum Total Peaking Factor for 8 X 8 retrofit Exxon fuel assemblies inserted in the core during Reload 6.
Copies of the Safety Evaluation and the Notice of Issuance are enclosed.
