35-00502-03 NOTICE OF VIOLATION Based on the results of the NRC inspection conducted on December 20, 1978, certain activ: ties appear to be in noncompliance with NRC regulations as indicated below:
Contrary to 10 CFR 20.401(a), records were not maintained of the personnel monitoring purportedly supplied to demonstrate compliance with 10 CFR 20.202 during the period July 1,1976 to September 30, 1976.
This is a deficiency.
