Thank you for your letter of February 2,1979, in response to our letter and the attached Notice of Violation dated January 9,1979. We understand, from Ms. J. M. Dawson's discussion with Mr. Lester Laudick by telephone on February 15, 1979, a followup telephone call will be made three days af ter film badges are mailed to Uelex Company to confirm their receipt of the badges. A second followup call will be made if a report of exposures has not been received from Welex within three weeks. We have no further questions at this time and will review your corrective action during a future inspection.
