Enclosed for filing with the Commission is Philadelphia Electric Company's Application for Amendment of Facility Operating License DPR-44 for Peach Bottom Atomic Power Station Unit 2.
This filing consists of three originals and 37 copies of the Application, 40 copies of a document entitled " Supplemental Reload Licensing Submittal For Peach Bottom Atomic Power Station Unit 2 Reload No. 4" (NEDO-24237),
and 40 copies of a document entitled " Proposed Peach Bottom Atomic Power Station Unit 2 Alternate Absorber Control Blade Test Program" (NEDO-24231).
Also enclosed are 40 copies each of Errata and Addenda Sheets Nos. 4 and 5 to a document entitled' Loss of Coolant Accident Analysis for Peach Bottom Atomic Power Station Unit 2" (NEDO-24081) which is referenced in the proposed revised Unit 2 Technical Specifications.
In accordance with Section 170.12 of the Commission's regulations, I am enclosing a check payable to the United States Nuclear Regulatory Commission in the amount of $4,000 to cover the filing fee for this Application.
