Dear Mr. Andognini:
We have received your letter dated January 16, 1979 requesting an extension of time for submittal of the Offsite Dose Calculation Manual (00CM) for the Pilgrim Nuclear Power Station, Unit No.1.
Your letter stated that you needed at least a 75-day extension beyond the February 13, 1979 make a complete submittal.
submittal date until May 1,1979 to Unfortunately, our review schedule for the Appendix I programs of all operating reactors has already been established.
Significant changes to it would disrupt our review program and cannot be granted.
However, we recognize that you have competing requirements and suggest that you submit those portions of the ODCM that can be completed by March 13,1979 (a 30-day slippage) with the balance of the material to be submitted as soon as possible thereafter.
