Dear Mr. Seidle:
On October 23, 1978, we verbally informed your Mr. R. G. Taylor of a procedural violation in the welding activities for the Unit flo.1, Reactor Coolar.t System, l'ain loop Piping.
We submitted an interim response logged TXX-2913 that advised you that we were continuing our investigaticn and evaluation.
We have completed our investigation and have concluded that the matter is not reportable under 10 CFR 50.55(e).
Records supporting these determinations are available for your Inspector's review at the CPSES site.
