Dear Mr. Bell:
' Texas Utilities Generating Company (TUGCO), as lead applicant for the Comanche Peak nuclear units, has submitted the Information Requested By The Attorney General for Antitrust Review,10 CFR 950, App. L, as it pertains to a new applicant in the facility - Texas Municipal Power Agency (TriPA).
By the terms of the agreenent between TUGC0 and TMPA, the latter will receive a 6.2" interest, or 72 fM in each unit.
This information regarding Tf!PA is presently undergoing acceptance review to insure its compliance with f;RC regulations.
The material is being submitted to afford you an early opportunity to begin your review pursuant to Section 105(c)(5) of the Atomic Energy Act of 1954, as amended.
