The Nuciaar Regulatory Commission (the Comission) has found thatt A.
The application for==*a h nt by Yankee Atomic Electric Company (tha licensee) dated February 14, 1975, complies with the standards and requiremmats of the Atomic Energy Act of 1954, as a:nsnded. (the Act), and the Coumission's rules and regulations set forth in 10 CFR Chapter I; B.
The facility vill operate in conformity with the application, the provisions of ths Act, and the rules and regulations of the Consission; C.
Thare is reasonable assurance (i) that the activitie.s authorized by this amendment can be conducted without endangering the health and safety of the public, and (ii) that auch activities vill be conducted in complianca with the Co=:tissions' regulations; and D.
The issuance of this ew*nNnt vill not be inimical to the comon defense and security or to the health and safety of the public.

Accordingly, the license is amended by a change to the Technical Specifications as indicated in the attachment to this license amend-ment and Paragraph 3.A.(2) of Facility License No. DPR-3 is hereby amended to raad as follows:
