Add Subparagraph 3. A (1) to read as follows :

"3. A. (2) Yankee shall not operate the facility at steady state power levels in excess of 600 megawatts thermal."

Redesignate Paragraph 3, A. as Subparagraph 3. A. (2).

This anendment is effective as of the date of issuance.
