.t tn Cyctcr Crecn station. .. nile prepcring tnis response, we identified two c6ditional licensee event reports wnica describe occurrences that may be related to tnc staff review; tnercfore, we have included them in the response.

Additionclly, we have also included information concerning 230 KV transmission line outages whicn occurred between Janucry 1,1965 and June 15, 1975. Due to the brevity of these outages and since tne 34.5KV offsite oower feed to the stcrtup trancformers remcined avcilcb1c during these events, they have not cppeared as Reportable Occurrences.

Attacament 1 is a sketch of the offsite power feeds to the OCNGS including the onsite distribution system down to the emergency buses IC and ID wnien will cid your revicw of the diccussions presented in this responce.

Attacnment 2 is a tctle of thc cdditionc1 line outages referred to above. Tne t blc indicatec botn tne ccuce of tnc outagc cnd tne outage durction.
