- License No. 42-02084-02 Notice of Violation Based on the results of the NRC inspection conducted on December 8,1978, certain activities appear to be in noncompliance with NRC regulations as indicated below:

1.

Contrary to 10 CFR 20.105(b), on December 8,1978, the licensee possessed and stored licensed material in such a manner as to create radiation levels in an unrestricted area east of the Maintenance Bay where, if an individual were continuously present, would result in his receiving a dose equivalence of 2.5 millirem in one hour.

This is an infraction.

2.

Contrary to 10 CFR 19.11(a) or (b), neither the documents required by 10 CFR 19.ll(a), nor the notice required by 10 CFR 19.ll(b) were posted on December 8,1978.

This is a deficiency.
