Thank you for your letter of January 19, 1979, in response to our letter dated December 22, 1978.
As a result of our review of your January 19, 1979 letter, and discussion with you by telephone on February 1,1979, we find that additional information is needed.
Specifically:
1.
the shielding installed in the storage area is not adequate to insure if an individual were continuously present in the unrestricted area for seven consecutive days that he would receive 100 millirems or less; and 2.
a description is needed of your internal audit system or other inspection / review procedure to ensure that required signs, labels and notices will be periodically inspected.
You should, therefore, submit this information within ten (10) days of your receipt of this letter so that we can continue our review of this matter.
