APPENDIX A NOTICE OF DEVIATION Virginia Electric and Power Company licease No. ND F-7 North Anna Based on the results of the NRC inspection conducted on July 12 - August 20, 1980, certain of your activities appear to deviate from your commitments to thu Commission as indicated below.
The Fire Protection Systems Review, Supplement Number 1, dated December 15, 1977 in response to request 15b, VEPC0 committed to having four portable radios available in the control room for use in fighting fires.
Contrary to the above, on August 1, 1980, during a fire drill, no portable radios were available for the fire team im the control room.
