Dear Mr. Andognini:
By your letter dated December 20, 1979, you submitted your Safeguards Contingency Plan for the Pilgrim Nuclear Power Station.
In the course of our review we have determined that additional infonnation as defined in the Enclosure is required.
We request that this additional information be submitted within 30 days of your receipt of this request.
Pursuant to Section 2.790(d) of 10 CFR Part 2, we are withholding the infonnation provided in Enclosure 1 of this letter from public inspection.
Withholding from public inspection does not affect the right, if any, of persons properly and directly concerned with the project to inspect the information.
