At its 200th meeting, December 9-11, 1976, the Advisory Committee on Reactor Safeguards reviewed the fifteen technical issues referenced '
in Mr. Rusche's memorandum of November 3, 1976. A copy of the report prepared for Chairman Rowden is enclosed.
Responses to question 1 of Mr. Hafemeister's letter of November 10, 1976 are contained in the comments on each technical issue.
We understand that information regarding question 2 is being provided by the Office of Nuclear Regulatory Research. relates to question 3 of Mr. Hafemeister's letter.
