Dear Mr. Andognini:
Our initial review of the Safeguards Contingency Plan for Pilgrim Nuclear Power Station submitted by letter dated April 3, 1979 has indicated the need for revisions and additional infonnation. The attachment to this letter contains our comments on your submittal.
You are requested to provide the necessary revisions to the PNPS Safeguards Contingency Plan within thirty (30) days of your receipt of this letter.
Pursuant to Section 2.790(d) of 10 CFR Part 2, we are withholding the information provided in the attachment to this letter from public inspection. Withholding from public inspection does not affect the right, if any, of persons properly and directly concerned with the project to inspect the information.
