REOUEST FOR ACTION UNDER 10 CFR 2.206 Notice i; hereby given that by petition dated August 9,1979 the Anti-Nuclear Group Representing York (ANGRY) requested tha; an environmental impact statement be issued concerning the venting of radioactive gases from the Three Mile Island Nuclear Station, Unit 2.
This petition is being treat ' as a request for action under 10 CFR 2.206 of the Commission's regulations, and accorcingly, action will be taken on the petition within a reasonable time.
Copies of the petition are available for inspection in the Commission's Oublic Document Room at 1717 H Street, N.W., Washington, D. C. 20555 and in the local public document room at the State Library of Pennsylvania, Education Building, Commonwealth & Walnut Streets, Harrisburg, Pennsylvania 17126.
