APPENDIX A NOTICE OF VIOLATION Duquesne Light Company Docket No. 50-334 Based on the results of an NRC inspection conducted on February 12-16, 1979, it appears that one of your activities was not conducted in full compliance with the conditions of your NRC License No. DPR-66 and discussed below. This item is a deficiency.
Technical Specification 6.10.1.d states, in part, "The following records shall be retained for at least 5 years:

Records of surveillance activities, inspections and calibrations required by these Technical Spec.ifications."
Contrary to the above, it was determined on February 15,1979, that the surveillance activities listed below and required by Section 4.3 of Technical Specifications were performed during the periods indicated but the completed procedures and associated data have not been maintained.
