MAR 'e 91979 APPENDIX A NOTICE OF VIOLATION General Electric Company License No. SNM-1097 Based on the NRC inspection February 26 - March 2,1979, certain of your acti-vities were apparently not conducted in full compliance with NRC requirements as indicated below.
These items have been categorized as described in correspondence to you dated December 31, 1974.
As required by 10 CFR 19.11 (a) (4), the licensee shall post current copies of any Notice of Violation involving radiological working con-ditions and any response from the licensee.
Contrary to the above, the licensee did not post copies of the responses to Notice of Violation issued with NRC inspection reports 70-1113/78-20 and 70-1113/78-23..
This is a deficiency.
