Sutherland April 6, 1979 ATTAONENT The information given below mfers to the item in Appendix A, " Notice of Violation," in the NRC Inspection Report RII:JBK, 70-1113/79-07, dated 3/29/79. The corrective actions detailed below were empleted before the inspector left the plant site.
Based on the NRC inspection February 26 - March 2, 1979, certain of your activities were apparently not conducted in full compliance with NRC require-ments as indicated below. These items have been categorized as described in correspondence to you dated December 31, 1974.
As required by 10 CFR 19.11(a)(4), the licensee shall post current copies of any Notice of Violation involving radiological working conditions and any response f rom the Iicensee.
Contrary to the above, the 1icensee did not post copies of the responses to Notice of Violation issued with NRC inspection reports 70-1113/78-20 and 70-1113/78-23.
This is a deficiency.
