26.163 kgs of U 0 -Powder, equvalent to 22.055 1 0,25% kgs 38 of uranium having a U-235 assay of 93.3 per cent and containing 20.577 1 0.30% kgs of Up235 and will be used by us for manu-facturing of fuel elements for the R2-reactor, Studsvik, Nyk5 ping, Sweden and shall be purchased by us from NUKEM GmbH, D-6450 Hanau, Federal Republic of Germany. NUKEM GmbH shall perfor= the conversion work for us. Manufacturing of the fuel elements for use in the reactor R2 at Studsvik shall be per-formed by NUKEM GmbH, D-6450 HANAU 11, Postfach 110080, Federal Republic of Germany and

CERCA, 26104 Romans-sur-Issre, France.

We authorize Transnuclear Inc., Falls Church, Virginia to apply for the export license.
