Response to Inspection 78-20 Reference is made to I&E Inspection No. 50-29/78-20, which was conducted by your Mr. Michael Rogers on Nov. 14-16, 1978, at the Yankee Nuclear Power Station (Yankee Rowe) in Rowe, Massachusetts. The rcport made subsequent to that inspection identified two items which were not conducted in full co=pliance with NRC requirements.
In accordance with Section 2.201 of the NRC's " Rules and Practices" Part 2, Title 10 Code of Federal Regulation:i, we hereby submit in Attachment A, the action taken on these items. This information is considered proprietary and should be withheld from public disclosure pursuant to 10CFR2.790.
