Inspection conducted November 14-16, 1978 (Recort No. 53-29/78-20)
Areas Inscected: Poutine, unannounced physical security inspection of licensee's approved security plan and the implementation of 10 CFR 73.55.
Specific areas included:
security plan; security organization; physical barriers; access controls; detection aids; communicationn; response requirements; test and mai..tenance and records.
The inspection was initiated during regular hours and involved 24 inspector-hours on site by one regional based inspector.
Resul ts: Of the nine areas inspected, no apparent items of noncompliance were identified in seven areas.
Two apparent items were identified in two areas (Infraction -
access controls, Paragraph 7; Deficiency - records, Paragraph 12).
