I have enclosed a Motion for Extension of Time on behalf of Central Electric Power Cooperati/e, Inc. in the above referenced case.

Central requests leave to file its response no later than January 31, 1979 to the motion filed by South Carolina Electric & Gas Company and a motion to be filed by Santee-Cooper on or before January 15, 1979.

Neither Santee-Cooper nor South Carolina Electric

& Gas Company have any objection to Central's request for an extension of time.

A proposed order is also included with the notion for the convenience of the Commission.
