Gentlemen:
Thank you for your letter of January 8,1979, in response to our letter
dated November 15, 1978, and tne attached Notice of Violation.
As a
result of our review, we find that additional information, as discussed
with your Mr. T. D. Stanley during a telephone call on January 16, 1979,
is needed.
Specifically, your descriptions of recurrence control measures
for the three items of noncompliance should be expanded to state how the
measures are accomplished and documented and if the measures are in addi-
tion to routine quality assurance program requirements.
Should you have any questions concerning this matter, we will be pleased
to discuss them with you.
