BIWEEKLY REOC'T Enclosed for your inforention is our response to the THI-l Board Order of Septenter 17, 1980 directing the staff to report on our schedule and reasons for that schedule. As you know, staff efforts in the last several weeks foct.ed on preparing and filing testimony and responses to Board Questions, on responding to the Septerber 17 0,rder, and on direct preparation for the start of the hearing on October 15. Because of the similarity of subject matter of the Septenter 17 Order response and our biweekly report, that response is intended to replace the current biweekly report. All Ofvision Directors h- *e concurred in the enclosed reponse.
