Dear Mr. Rosenthal:
I an asking that you not inctease VEPCO'S allowable Settle-ment becauselof continuing doubt of North Anna's safety which concerns me greatly.
I would like a hearing to be held to make public settle-ment conditions f6r risks beneath all North Anna build-ings, and To investigate revocations of VEPCO'S North Anna operat-ing license for with-holding hazardous settlement informa-tion from the Atomic Safety & Licensening Board, and Why VEPCO waiting until April 28, 1978 to report major ainking of August, 1977== Too late to stop license of April lat?
