Appendix A NOTICE OF VIOLATION Dairyland Power Cooperative Docket No. 50-409 Based on the inspection conducted on January 22-26, 1979, it appears that a certain activity was in noncompliance with NRC requirements, as noted below. This item is a deficiency.
Contrary to 10 CFR Part 21.31, procurement documents for the fabrication of the replacement peripheral shroud did not specify that the provisions of 10 CFR Part 21 applied.
