As requested by the Project Manager, enclosed aru six (6) copies of the report entitled " Tests to Evaluate Coefficient of Static Fric-tion between Steel and Concrete". This fulfills juke's oral commit-ment at the January 26, 1978 meeting between the ,lRC Staff and repre-sentatives of Duke, TVA, and Fluor Proneer, Inc., to submit copies of the final tests report concerning the coefficient of friction used in Project 81 containment design.
