Gentlemen:
Thank you for your letter of February 15, 1979 providing additional
information concerning the item of noncompliance brought to your
attention in our letter of January 19, 1979. We have noted that
your corrective actions will include revising the security plan,
modifying the security door alann system and implementing a
compensatory procedure for more frequent vital area patrols.
Based on our discussions with 0NRR, we have concluded that the
item of noncompliance will remain as previously reported pending
a records review of the mitigating circumstances referred to in
your letter which were not presented at the exit meeting nor
brought to our attention during a telephone conversation on
January 11, 1979, between Mr. D. E. Moore of this office and your
Superintendent of Administration.
