I have recently audited two Feedwater Harmier SERs prepared for you by EG&G Idaho, Inc., one Beaver Valley and more recently, E

one on Indian Point 2.

In both cases structural modifications i

were made to the piping systems, including the addition of "J"

[

tubes. Since these are safety related systems, there should I'

be a finding with basis that these modifications meet NRC acceptance criteria.

Please provide such findings and basis for these two reports.

You may wish to examine similar reports to a ure that this deficiency does not appear elsewhere.
