O Lidense No. DPR-50 APPENDIX A NOTICE OF VIOLATION Based on the results of the NRC inspection conducted on October 28-29, 1976, it appears that one of your activities was not conducted in full compliance with the conditions of your NRC Facility License No. DPR-50 as indicated below. This item is an Infraction.

10 CFR 50, Appendix B, Criterion V, states, in part:
" Activities afferH tg quality shall be prescribed by documented... n ocedures.
. and shall be accomplished in accordance v'.th these... procedures.
Paragraph 45.2.4.2 of licensee procedure 1104-45 titled
" Fire Protection" states, in part:
" Portable Fire Extin-guishers.
. weighted and inspected nonthly."
Contrary to the above, the monthly inspections of portable fire extinguishers had not been performed during February through June and September 1976.
