Pursuant to Title 10, Code of Federal Regulations, Part 70, Item 9 of NRC Materials License No. SNM-1823 is hereby amended to read as follows:

Authorized use For receipt, possession, inspection and storage of the en-riched uranium, for the packaging of fuel for delivery to a carrier, and for the receipt, possession and use of the neutron source in accordance with the statements, represen-tations and conditions specified in the licensee's application dated March 8, 1978, and the supplements thereto dated March 31, 1978, and February 2 and April 12, 1979.
All other conditions of this license shall remain the same.
