Pursuant to Title 10 Code of Federal Regulations, Part 70, Items 4 and 9 of NRC Materials License No. SNM-1823 are hereby amended and Items 6C, 7C, 8C, and 14 are hereby added as follows:

Authorized use For receipt, possession, inspection and storage of the enriched uranium, for the packaging of fuel for delivery to a carrier, and for the receipt, possession and use of the neutron source in accordance with the statements, representations and conditions specified in the licensee's application dated March 8,1978, ano the supplements thereto dated March 31, 1978, and February 2,1979.
- 14. The licensee shall comply with the attached, " License Condition for Leak Testing Sealed Plutonium Sources."
